The product is a result of several years of comprehensive research conducted by ZERORISK HR, Inc. on successful, more tenured tellers in the banking and financial services industry.
“We have hundreds of community banking and financial services clients using our flagship product, The ZERORISK Hiring System, a web-based behavioral assessment and interviewing program designed to measure a candidate’s emotional intelligence competencies. The version of the hiring system our banking clients currently use is designed more for the use in the evaluation of their upper-level positions within the banks (e.g. branch managers, mortgage processors, loan officers, executives, salespeople etc.). The Teller Hiring Tool is customized to teller selection in that it evaluates those competencies critical to success in that particular role, such as customer service-orientation, suggestive selling skills, attention to detail and accuracy. In addition to those specific skills sets and traits, the program measures work ethic, initiative, accountability and adherence to rules and regulations. “The goal behind our three-year research project on high performing tellers was to design a cost-effective hiring solution for a position which is known to have high turnover rates.
